Our Train-the-Trainer Program is aimed at full time corporate trainers or line managers who play a significant role in the development of their staff.  The program comprises 3 modules.  Depending on the needs of the learners, it is not necessary to attend all 3 modules.

1. Course Design Skills

The Course Design Skills workshop has been delivered to an international audience over the past 15 years.  Alice Ng has been involved in the delivery of this workshop since 1990.

This is a 3 to 5 day workshop that takes the learner through the design process, from the training needs analysis to the evaluation of the courses that he or she has designed.  The 5 day workshop results in the learner taking away the first draft of the blueprint of a real life course that he or she intends to develop and deliver shortly after the workshop.

2. Instructing Skills

The Instructing Skills workshop was developed more than 15 years ago, and has been delivered annually to trainers and line managers throughout the Asia Pacific region.  Alice Ng has been involved in the delivery of this workshop for the past 12 years.

This is a 2 day workshop that focuses on presentation and facilitation skills.  The workshop introduces the learner to a proven methodology for managing group exercises so that the learning outcomes from these exercises are maximized.  This is a highly participative workshop that takes the learner through a simulated environment.

3. Coaching Skills

This is a one-day workshop for corporate trainers and line managers who are required to coach.  It introduces the learner to a simple but effective process for coaching, as well as allows the learner the opportunity to coach in a safe environment, using real life work issues in the organisation.
