  • Understand the characteristics of an effective team.
  • Be aware of how successful companies have developed effective teams.
  • Understand the importance of giving feedback.
  • Be able to give constructive feedback.
  • Understand the power of effective coaching.
  • Be able to coach using a proven coaching process and the appropriate skills.
