At the end of the workshop, participants

- Understand the importance

- Be able to assess the thinking

and develop them, as well as to allocate tasks to them.
- Understand the stages of
team development, and issues encountered at each stage.
- Understand what create and
maintain trust in a team.
- Be aware of the key roles
of a team leader.
- Be able to facilitate an effective
team meeting.
- Be aware of the issues involved
in managing a virtual team.
- Be able to use appropriate
approaches to manage conflict.
- Understand the issues in creating
and maintaining high morale in the team.
- Be able to identify team blockages
and generate solutions to clear these blockages.
- Have presented a proposal
for developing high performance teams.
